Private Guest Suite close to Brighton and Newhaven Ferry Port

It was very handy to have somewhere to park the car and grab the bus to Brighton to meet friends. The little Tesco round the corner has a fair range for a quick bite. Friendly host sent us what we needed to know. Suite was big enough for our needs and felt homely.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Everything I needed was provided and the accommodation was first rate.

For me there was nothing to dislike.

Comfortable, clean, and excellent value for money. Getting in with a lockbox was a breeze, and the host had very kindly turned the heating on so we arrived to a toasty room. Bathroom and kitchenette are separate which made the experience even better.

Great overnight stop to visit Brighton and boarding ferry the next day. We bumped into Berlinda who was very welcoming. Easy to find too.

Perfect stay for exploring the coast between Eastbourne and Brighton. The accomodation was great: well equipped, quiet, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Recommended, would definitely book again.

Thoughtful tea coffee milk supplies. Moderate price for 1 night stop over.
