O quarto é bem confortável e limpo, tem uma boa localização e funcionários bem atenciosos, especialmente, Junior e Paul, que nos atenderam muito bem durante toda nossa estadia.

Estrutura muito boa, podendo melhorar com a instalação de uma ducha no banheiro.

Breakfast was excellent, driver Cesar was amazing, Paul at the reception was attending all our needs

The hotel agency for organizing trips could improve, however this was compensated by the excellent driver we got.

"great hotel comfortable rooms and old school feel , Paul was great"

breakfast was super fruits tasted so good , room was comfortable , Paul was very helpful and assisted to pack breakfast on morning of checkout as we were leaving at 4:30 am

we lost our selfie stick and running shoe and stayed again in 5 days and did not find or keep for us

"great looking rooms , and cozy feel"

the room looked great

the front desk staff could have assisted more as I stayed the previous week 5 days ago and lost a selfie stick however they did not respond if they looked for it or not and my friend left his shoes from the previous time and this too was not found
