Café da manhã bom, localização ótima perto de tudo, supermercado, estação de trem, mercado central de Cusco e vários restaurantes. Gostei muito da localização.

"Conforto, bom atendimento e boa localização"

Apto superior com hidro e cama gigante, que foi compartilhada entre dois solteiros e dormimos super confortáveis, tudo muito espaçoso, hall com sofá entre os aptos, muita vegetação e organização. Café da manhã generoso e delicioso.

Pequeno incômodo na check-in e o ralo do chuveiro que não drenava bem a água. Ducha com muita pressão e volume d’água, o que faz uma boa massagem, mas dificulta usá-lo sem molhar o cabelo ou inundar o banheiro, a banheira serviu bem para banhos, bastante espaçosa, jatos de hidromassagem sem pressão. Na chegada o recepcionista nos informou que nosso preço do booking estava errado e teríamos que ficar em um quarto standard com cama de casal padrão ou pagar mais caro na suíte superior, já reservada, mas no fim das contas deu tudo certo e ainda ficamos mais uma diária.

Tenía jacuzzi en el baño y tenía espacio para estacionar el auto. La recepción es bien amplia.

La habitación no era muy cómoda. Faltaba amplitud y privacidad con los ruidos exteriores.

WLAN hat nicht richtig funktioniert und ist ständig abgebrochen. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, also hatte man keine Frischluftzufuhr

Nonostante la posizione dell'hotel sia assolutamente ottimale per spostarsi, il mio secondo soggiorno di una notte è stato pessimo a causa di una totale disorganizzazione: prima sono stato pressato al telefono alle 20:00 per l'arrivo nonostante Booking indicasse il check-in fino alle 23:00, e poi in camera ho trovato l'acqua della doccia fredda e il phon rotto, ricevendo dallo staff solo fastidio e un asciugamano aggiuntivo come inutile soluzione.
