"Amazing location and atmosphere"

We stayed in room facing to garden. It was super nice and pretty spacious too, nice to have the sofa area to wind down. Staying on 4th floor allowed us to have enough light, even though we faced the garden wall. Bathroom facing to garden wall is just amazing! We really appreciate the wardrobe in the room. Cleanliness level was great, the location is unbeatable.

Our room was pretty worn out. Sofa has really seen better days. Mattresses were old, as well as bathroom counter. It would really need some refresh, especially at its price point.

Struttura pulitissima in una zona strategica; stanza spaziosa e public bath dotato di ogni comfort. Ma la chicca è stata la colazione: spaziale! C'è veramente di tutto, da pietanze tipiche di Kyoto a quelle occidentali. Rapporto qualità prezzo impareggiabile, ci tornerei!
