Location was okay, clean spacious room and nice staff.

The parking was too complicated and they had priorities for taxis rather their own hotel customers with cars. It wasn’t possible to book parking before checking in at the hotel. The self check in machines was very unnecessary (the staff ended up doing it anyway on the machine), and it takes away from the whole hotel experience and makes it cheap regarding how much was paid for the room not. The breakfast vouchers were very unnecessary, it should have a system on the room card/number and would make it more exclusive experience.

"Hervorragendes Hotel als perfekter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Kyoto."

Die Lage des Hotels und ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss Kamo ist hervorragend. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und vielseitig.

Gerne hätten wir ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett an Stelle von zwei fest eingebauten getrennten Einzelbetten gehabt, aber das scheint nicht verfügbar zu sein, wenn man den Flussblick genießen möchte.
