Nehir manzaralı oda rezerve etmiştik fakat oda nehir yönünde olmasına rağmen nehri görmüyordu, sanırım alt katlarda olmasından dolayı. Oda o kadar rahattı ki fazla umrumuzda olmadı.

駐車場の出し入れに時間がかかりすぎます 洗面台が暗くて鏡が見づらいです ソファーがへたってました

It is tranquil, tastefully decorated, run by very attentive and kind staff, and located very close to a subway station. Its proximity to the shopping area and to a large number of dining establishments makes this the perfect place to be in Kyoto.

Location is perfect, convenient yet away from the crowd. The room was really comfortable, would be even better if view was better.

Too little laundry machines available. Breakfast spread is ok, but highly repetitive for consecutive stays.

Location was lovely and the foyer and entrance was grand.

The property is dated. The grout in the shower was not clean, the room was not cleaned properly. The chipboard on the cupboard door was chipped.

The hotel exceeded my expectations on all levels. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The hotel itself was nice, and the baths were relaxing. The outdoor bath really did it for me! The location was also great, we walked there from Kyoto Kawaramachi. We had forwarded our luggage there from Osaka which was handled perfectly. And we were able to go around Kyoto using minimal public transport and mostly walking. 100% recommend.

これと言って不満もなかったのですがセキュリティが良すぎてエレベーターを乗るとき部屋カードをかざしてから階層ボタンを押すことを知らなくなかなかお部屋に行けなかったことかな?😓
