Really well presented. Modern with beautiful balcony, working aircon and hot water. Nice kitchen facilities and location was perfect!

"Great location, lovely host, perfect for a few days stay."

We loved the location, a short walk from both Hiriketiya and Dikwella beaches, but quiet and peaceful at night. The room was large, (although it would benefit from a wardrobe and some drawers for storage) and it was lovely to watch the monkeys and chipmunks from our balcony. The host was very helpful and organised a scooter for us, and a transfer to the airport on our last day.

The WIFI did not work for a couple of days as apparently monkeys had chewed the cable, and even when repaired it was a poor connection. The bathroom needs some work on the floor as the water doesn't run to the drain.

"Ok if you only need use of two bedrooms."

Clean and a good location between Dikwella and Hiriketiya beaches. Staff as helpful as they could be.

Described as 3 bedrooms but it is really 2. An additional room is at the rear accessed from a separate door. Rear of house backs on to building site where workers are living. Impossible to sleep.

"Exceptional"

Spacious and stylish with a well-equipped kitchen and outside terrace made this a good base for a few days. Helpfully between two beaches - Hiriketiya for surf and Dickwella for swimming and sundowners. Thank you to the helpful staff for a lovely stay.

"Cannot recommend"

Clean and tidy.

Overpriced and the pictures show the appartement below but in this one-room-appartement you don't have a terrace as shown at the pictures. Strong smell inside the room. Also the street was loud and very much light the whole night, we didn't sleep well. And we had to pay 21% Tax on top of the price.

Wonderful host family, so kind, helpful and informative. Beautiful holiday home next to the beach with lovely cafes and restaurants close by.

The house gets very hot so maybe more portable fans 😊
