Friendly staff Very good location tucked away from the business of the centre but still very accessible. Didn’t feel like we were right in the middle of the chaos of VV. complimentary tea and coffee. Laundry service.

Not a separate shower from the toilet

We liked staying in a traditional building on stilts accessed by a steep wooden staircase. We appreciated the living space with seating all open to the air, and the comfortable beds. The plants, greenery and traditional architecture are pleasant to look at. Staff were kind and helpful and there was a friendly atmosphere. The gentle classical music in the morning was appreciated. There were some disadvantages, see below, but overall we did like the place and felt it had charm. We would come back if a few necessarily repairs are carried out.

The advantages of living in a sort of ‘tree house’ structure are also its disadvantages, understandably. The open nature style also means no sound insulation from reception-breakfast area underneath, neighbours or the street (good ear plugs a must). Similarly, light in morning and fried cooking smells, a bit of cigarette smoke from smoking areas on ground floor. Overall that’s part of the nature of the type and position of the accommodation (less so the smoking - it would ideally be better not to have smoking on the premises given the open nature of some rooms). The main thing we think needs improving is the need for some upkeep/repairs. Staff apologized that the fan needed to be worked by pulling on an invisible wire, not a big deal, but a bigger deal was that a bathroom door couldn’t close properly because there was no handle, just some cardboard covering the hole and a piece of wire to pull on. The matting of the ceiling in the shower area had a big hole in it and a metal plate covering the hole, and the shower curtain was in shreds. We think it’s not fair on new guests that basic repairs are not carried out before they arrive, as staff will be aware of the problems which don’t look recent. It’s up to the management to make sure the space is upkept and ready to welcome guests, as visitors don’t have time to sacrifice part of their short holiday time waiting around while repairs are done. The nightclub close by that played very loud music all night until 6am our first night was unfortunate but luckily only happened once. Overall we still felt it was worth visiting and wouldn’t take much to improve the experience.

Loved the calm atmosphere in the garden, fun to chill in the hammocks surrounded by trees, only minutes away from the center of the town yet in a quiet area. Adorable cats and puppies!

This is a cool spot. Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff and a great complimentary breakfast. Definitely recommend.

A cozy place with internal garden, balcony, trees, and lots of friendly cats wandering around. The personnel was very friendly and we liked sipping our coffee in the morning on the couch.

The Staff of the structure is just great. Have been super helpful and organize for us both the minivan to Ventine and the Motorbike rental! Most helpful staff ever seen!!

Room on the street a bit noisy and shower not working great.

Beautiful place, clean and quiet. There is one girl and one lady who keep the villa running smoothly. Filling breakfast with additional fruit every day. Nice little garden, there are hammocks and funny little kittens playing around.

The wifi goes down quite often.
