Darko was an exceptional host! He provided a friendly welcome, support to the apartment and provided important information to enjoy the fullness of split! He was always there to support, from the begining and even after my time at the apartment ended. The apartment excedded my prior expectation of the apartment! It was excellent, to say the least. It was clean, comfortable in an uncomparable location - you are litrally in the best location to experience the best parts of split! The extravagant views of split were stunning and the terrace was modern and a great place to relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunset! Highly recommended if you want to really experience splits beauty!

"Amazing apartment"

We absolutely loved sky residence, apartment has everything you need, it’s new, clean and beautiful. Window shutters and air conditioner is such a bonus. We spend most evening in the balcony, enjoying the views and privacy. We even enjoyed climbing to the fifth floor, after all the glorious creation food, small exercise was very needed.

The view from this 5th-floor apartment is great, the terrace is large and usable for both breakfasts and aperitivos in the afternoon. It is located within a 5-minute walk from the historic city center and is really comvenient for exploring the city on foot. The apartment itself is quiet and clean, decorated with modern and tasteful materials. The room is used wisely and the there are many small practical solutions for storage.

The apartment is on the 5th floor and you have to climb the stairs.

"Very modern apartment in a great location."

Great location with only a short walk to Diocletian's Palace. The apartment is very modern, all amenities are brand new. Smart control features are built throughout the apartment. Some limited free parking is available on the road outside the apartment, but our host did give us access to a locked private car park 1 block away for free.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, be prepared for a lot of stairs, our host did help us with our bags though.

Very modern, nice view, it was clean, everything was within walking distance. The host was very nice and helpful with our luggage! He was replied fast and we could reach him 24/7.

5th floor with no elevator.
