Sky Residence Split - city center

Room was very modern, well equipped, recently updated and very clean. All necessary facilities readily available and host was easily contactable if needed. Great location, close to old town and harbour.

Being VERY picky - the host did advise us that the shower could flood a little. On our first use, the shower did start to flood, the shower drain was lifted and the plug was partly blocked - once cleaned the shower stopped flooding - had this been cleaned before our arrival it would have prevented the issue - the rest of the bathroom had been cleaned but this had been missed. We also noted from previous reviews the apartment is on the 5th floor without a lift - so expected this to be the case. The host kindly carried our cases upstairs for us (great thank you) but the building within which the apartment is located does look a little tired (not within the control of Darko) but was not in keeping with the high quality of the apartment. And on a final point the water heater / boiler, fridge and wine cooler all made various noises throughout the night which could be disturbing for some.

Location is perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and modern. Exactly as seen in the pictures. Had everything I needed, including soap, different amenities for the shower, coffee capsules... Bed was super comfortable as well.

Just to say one thing: it is a 5th floor without elevator. It was honestly not a problem for me, since the host, very gently, carried my luggage on my arrival and during my stay was not a problem to go upstairs. But still I think it might be something important to know for some people with more mobility problems.

The property is exactly as described and shown in the photos! Beautiful apartment, very clean and excellent facilities. The owner was also very helpful!

The only negative is the amount of stairs to the property, but I was awww of this when booking.

Really lovely and very clean price, just few minutes walk from the castle and the old town. Definitely worth booking!

Great host - very helpful meeting us and helping us park in a somewhat crowded area! Lovely room and facilities close to everything you need - Old Town, Beaches, etc. Can't fault it. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Not a complaint but just a couple of things to be aware of if you're considering: 1) If you're driving the parking situation can be a little tricky on evenings - one day we came back and the carpark close to the apartment (where we were keeping the car) was full and we had to drive around (with other cars) for around 20 minutes before we found a space. 2) 5 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Not an issue for most but worth noting as this could present a challenge for less able bodied people.

Amazing apartment, decorated to perfection and everything you need is there. Very responsive host. Great view over the city from the large balcony/terrace and very close to the Diocletian Palace, the Riva and many neighborhood restaurants and super markets. Parking is either street parking or public parking space close by.

Everything top, very luxury apartment with huge balcony and beautiful view over old town. Everything close by, but still very calm. Nice and helpful welcome.

Cant complain on anything, it was even better then accepted!
