Sky Residence Split - city center

Very modern, incredibly clean with great air con. Great communication from owner. Lovely and quiet at night.

Location couldn’t be any more perfect, 2 mins walk to Gregory Nin, view from the balcony to the bell tower, we were lucky enough to have a thunder storm when we stayed and the lightening over the tower was magical :)

Would have liked a brush to sweep up after going to the beach etc, but apart from that everything was great. We enjoyed climbing the stairs as the views every time were worth it :)

The apartment is modern, clean and well-presented. The host, Darko, is fantastic and easy to contact to help with any questions. The location is excellent and walking distance to the harbour, beach and shop, restaurants etc.

Gorgeous apartment has everything you could need during your stay, very modern, lovely balcony, check in process was very easy and the host Darko was lovely and very informative and answered any questions straight away via text, perfect location only a few minute walk from the old town, would definitely stay again

The room was great, quiet and glad it had Air Conditioning in the property. The balcony was nice and relaxing.

That it didn’t have an elevator and the graffiti on the entrance of the building, broken windows or missing window glass in the staircase of the building.

The apartment was perfect for access to the Old Town. It was a small apartment but well appointed and vert clean.Darko was an excellent host and very helpful .

No complaints . The steps are great exercise!!!!! 😂
