Customer service and clean

The hotel is located in a nice part of Nuwara Eliya. It has good rooms and the breakfast is good. The staff are well trained and very courteous. The place is quiet and you can get a view of the lake too.

The room I was in was not sound proof. In fact, it was the opposite. I could hear all the conversations from outside despite closing all the windows. To add to it there is an issue with one of the water pipes that was causing a dripping noise through the night.

Breakfast basic but generous serving

We had no shower for 2 days due to broken hot water service. We asked for discount but it was refused

Far from the center and pricey for the location and type of room. Also water was extremely cold or extremely hot, showering was challenging, and I wouldnt expect such for the price paid

The hosts were too good. The view is very good from the room. Room is very comfortable.
