Convenient location, near Station and university. Could be a lovely house.

Unkempt outside and common parts. Caretaking staff only. Neglected..Rubbish bins outside the houses.

"It has everything you need but is not up to a very good standard."

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The owner very friendly. Breakfast offerings were pretty good.

Decor very shabby and poor quality. Room was small with everything crammed in reminiscent of a dingy bedsit. Toilet was separate to the room.

Close location to the train station and the city centre for shops,bars,restaurants,the Barbican and Hoe(seafront) The street was very quiet of an evening,night and early morning which was nice.

I have feet a knee issues,and unfortunately my room was up 3 flights of stairs and because of the age of the property no lift. It was a minor inconvenience.
