The room was compact but comfortable and clean . The owner was helpful and friendly. Location is very good for the city centre and University.

The room was at the very top, so a bit if a climb but easier coming down.

Very noisy shower in the en-suite, decoration of the room is a little tired and could do with a deep clean. Breakfast was cooked to order, simple and value for money. Host was really nice and pleasant. Dining room was clean, tidy and well spaced out. Car parking available at the rear of the property which was a bonus.

Noisy shower, could have done with a fan in the room as open window meant street noise which disturbed sleep.

Nice sized single room with shower. Very close to the university, which I was visiting during my stay. Staff very helpful.

Was woken up by other guests either coming back late or moving around in their rooms.

Delightful stay, perfect for my weekend getaway. Ekraj was more than welcoming by providing restaurant recommendations & offering me a free larger bed upgrade! Room was quiet, cosy & comfortable, at an excellent location close to the railway station too - just what I needed. Would love to stay again!

The bed was too small for me and the outside toilet
