What a cute cottage scenery fantastic

All good however no machine and no laundromat in aberlour keep car full as limited garagesl

Location and how peaceful it was

We only used one bedroom & bathroom but enjoyed the living room with two small couches & stove-fireplace since it was raining both nights we were there. We used the kitchen and ate meals there. Nice hearing the river! Enjoyed the small bar right attached to the apartment! It closed at 8 so noise didn’t bother us.

Location was great, it was lovely to sit outside and watch the river running by. The house was clean and warm and the beds very comfortable. Kitchen was small but adequate for all our needs. If staying longer ( we were there 3 nights) then perhaps washing and drying facilities would be good. will definitely recommend to others.

the stairs down from the carpark. The last 6 stairs are quite narrow and you had to watch your step on them.

Beautiful setting by the river. Ease of access to walking trails and other attractions. Quiet at night ,

Generally very clean excepting several stains on the main floor carpets and on the sofas.Some spot cleaning could easily clean it up as first impressions are important. No coffee offered as most places do. Luckily we brought our own. No extra toilet paper. One roll in each bathroom only. Smokers from the bar next door sitting in front of our front door as it was a nice few days and we could not open the windows. Perhaps bar patrons who smoke could sit at the far end away from the accommodation.

Loved being on the river! Cottage is very charming and cozy. Easy check in and check out. Pub next door is fantastic! We went to the store in Dufftown and cooked dinner at the cottage! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a very nice dinner! Beds are very comfortable and rooms are big!

Property had 2 bathrooms but only 1 shower. Leftover food and condiments left in the fridge from previous guests. No food available at the pub.
