The no gadget experience, Ann was super friendly and helpful and oh my, Thomas the Cat made our little son sooo happy and occupied all the time!

If we had a chef, that would have made our work easier.

Host en hostess really nice. Great place for start/ end holiday. Quiet, at edge of Nairobi NP. We had 3 cottages, 2 bedrooms and one dining room/ kitchen. We flew for thw rest of the holiday to Zanzibar next day, and our clothes were washed for the next day!! Bery nice pool with view of the park.

The location behind the national parc makes it relaxing place to stay. It is a privilege to watch girafes and antilopes from the swimming pool area. The staff is very helpful and would advise whatever your need.

Het is prachtig: de cottages liggen in een prachtige tuin met uitzicht op het Nairobi National Park. Een oase van rust, met ook nog eens heel lief personeel.

Wir waren dort für unsere letzte Nacht und es war großartig. Wenn wir noch einmal in Nairobi sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall nur dort übernachten. Es ist eine wunderschöne angelegte Unterkunft mit erfrischendem und sauberen Pool, was wirklich als Abschluss unserer Reise wunderbar war. Man kann dort auch von einer Aussichtsplattform die Skyline der Stadt beobachten und auch in den Nationalpark Tiere sehen. Es gibt eine Küche, wo man sich Frühstück machen kann. Die dafür vorgesehenen Utensilien des Frühstücks liegen im Kühlschrank bereit. Außerdem hat man die Möglichkeit, sich von einem Koch Essen zubereiten zu lassen. Wir haben das am letzten Abend in Anspruch genommen und es war sehr lecker. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich.

This is a charming place located outside of Nairobi and a perfect place to relax. It is very green, and you can see the national park from the garden, with wild animals passing by. There are almost no people around. The breakfast (basic ingredients provided to prepare it yourself) was simple but the lunch and dinner (suggested meals prepared by the chef upon requesting) delicious, with a good mix of local and international cuisine. You can also use the kitchen to prepare your own food. Staff are super friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well.

Because the place is a bit remote, it is difficult to get an uber in the morning if you want to do a day trip as it is located slightly outside of Nairobi. The hotel has contacts of a taxi company/driver you can use though it’s more expensive than uber. The rooms are very bright in the morning. No hair dryer.

Good atmosphere limited breakfast

Location overlooking Nairobi national park is the high point.

A bit bizarre - breakfast is make-it-yourself so don’t expect a hot breakfast. The restaurant is 2 km away and there often is no staff on site except the caretaker so you need to plan well in advance.

The whole place was nice. Quiet and peaceful, host was very helpful when we needed anything.

Single bed mattresses on the double bed, we would have really preferred a double bed mattress, but it was okay.
