Mi experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy negativa. Durante mi estancia desaparecieron 250 € en efectivo de mi habitación. Lo más preocupante es que, antes de que me ocurriera a mí, varios vecinos y otros huéspedes ya me habían comentado situaciones similares, y también encontré reseñas mencionando problemas de robos. Por este motivo intenté contactar con Booking con antelación para buscar una solución, ya que no me sentía segura ni cómoda alojándome aquí. Sin embargo, al tener la estancia ya pagada y no disponer de dinero suficiente para cambiarme de alojamiento, no pude marcharme. Finalmente sufrí el robo y, cuando informé de lo sucedido, la actitud del personal fue completamente decepcionante. No mostraron interés en ayudar ni en investigar lo ocurrido, y me sentí ignorada y ridiculizada. Además, durante 20 días de estancia no limpiaron la habitación ni una sola vez. No cambiaron las sábanas, no limpiaron el baño y no realizaron ningún tipo de mantenimiento básico. También se anunciaba desayuno incluido, pero yo no recibí desayuno ningún día de mi estancia. Por todo ello, no puedo recomendar este alojamiento. La falta de seguridad, de limpieza y de atención al cliente ha hecho que esta sea una de las peores experiencias que he tenido viajando. Espero que Booking investigue seriamente las numerosas quejas relacionadas con este establecimiento para evitar que otros huéspedes pasen por la misma situación.

Stay away from this place! I do not recommend it to anyone, highly discourage you from staying here. The day after I checked in, I discovered that all my cash—around 200 euros—had been stolen. This is not an isolated incident; it’s not the first time this has happened here. After negotiations with the police, the owners admitted it and took responsibility. They use a master key to open the rooms and search for cash. If they find any, they just take it, they simply steal it. So, if you don't want to lose your money, choose another place. Through the police, I managed to get my money back, but unfortunately, not even the full amount. An absolutely disgusting experience
IDDe kamer was niet goed schoon gemaakt en er was geen ontbijt. Daarnaasst ben ik na 2 nachten weg gegaan terwijl ik voor 7 nachten heb betaald en heb ik mijn geld niet terug gekregen!
