Fortuna House Hotel

I did not like anything from how the owner spoke to us to the overall state of the hotel

The hotel stunk as we first walked in the owner was rude upon meeting . He brought us up to our room on the way up we encounted several problems such as it being nothing like the photos to the cabinets falling apart doors hanging off hinges , the shower falling to bits in my partners hand and the tv practically falling off the wall . We was then moved into another room which was overall worse than the last one , we encountered more problems with it smelling and the facilities promised was not there . The photos online are nothing like it in person . The toilets were out of order aswell as not receiving a refund for us walking out after 10 minutes .

Nice hotel for couple of nights...

Can't really fault it

Bed was comfortable enough

Wallpaper peeling from walls and ceiling, tv didn't work, shower was bad quality, furniture falling apart. Owner wasn't there when we went to check out so we had to leave keys on stand outside even though it was supposed to be at 10, we waited half an hour for him to arrive. There was thank you cards from 2018 addressed to the previous owner and info flyers dated back to 2016.
