"Great value for a short stay. Did not require any of the facilities, only a bed for the evening due to attending a conve"

Easy check in/out. Great value for money considering location and the room itself which included a en-suite and was fit for purpose.

My only issue was that the pillows were very hard. This wasn’t an issue after the first night as I had brought my own.

Clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff

The room was very cold with no heating being turned on until 8 pm. This is despite only being 3c outside

"Shite hole"

A dump. Filthy wall paper falling off mould in shower loose grout on tiles rusty shower rail and basket unclean stained bedding doors off wardrobe missing. Bathroom window didn't open saw owner once in 3 days

It was warm.

The manager couldn't do enough he was lovely,room was lovely an warm,shower was great it was best stay we had definitely go back.

"Good base for a cheap getaway to Blackpool."

It's very close to the tram stop Waterloo road. There are a few shops around. For the price I paid it was comfortable and the shower was hot. The staff /owner came to check on us to see if we needed any extra coffee, tea ,towels etc.

It is a bit tired looking but to be fair I think that is reflected in the price.
