Fortuna House Hotel

Location was great, was clean, staff was lovely

Ripped wallpaper, broken toilet seat, dust on top of wardrobe, not enough room for 2 people, not enough sockets, did try to get in contact about date changes was declined ended staying from the 10th to the 15th but couldn't get refund for the 2 days. Might not use booking.com again

It was clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money and great location with the tram stop only a 5-10 minute walk. Free on street parking. Friendly staff who were more than happy to get more towels and tea!

It is a well loved property . It could do with modernization and some general up keeping but there is nothing wrong with this property for the money you pay!

Bed was fine, the guy in charge was friendly.

The walls and ceiling in the rooms were in poor condition, with wallpaper peeling from the ceiling and the shower tiles badly deteriorated. There was no room service provided during the four days of our stay.

It was a good location and the room was OK

I didn't like the fact that we was smelling smoke wasn't nice the TV was small and line down the middle of it and could with updated TV plus decorations need to be done also the light above the mirror wasn't working

Excellent location. The staff we met (one gent) was friendly and accommodating.

The pillows were so stiff we ended up buying our own, the space between the toilet and the shower was very cramped and we got cramp twice trying to use the toilet. We enquired about the “Breakfast” addition and were informed it was a none cooked which was not a major issue but this should be specified on the site.

The noise there was someone playing music at 3 in the morning and the pillows are like bricks
