Fortuna House Hotel

It was really handy for both our purpose of the visit and for the luminations.

The bathroom door jams and I was nearly locked in several times, ended up not closing the door. That's the only down side to the room.

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and good service.

It was a good price and the one staff member we saw seemed friendly enough

The room was dirty. Heating didn’t work so the room was freezing both nights. The tv didn’t turn on. The bedding was stained and the cushion had hairs on. Mould on the curtains

The manager was very polite and was very helpful. Got what we needed straight away. Other places usually say well send some up, 30muns layer amd still waiting.. here there was none of that. I felt I was home.

Stairs but who doesn't like Stairs 🙂.

It was in a convenient location and a good base

Room was small, old fashioned mix match furniture in the room, damaged areas in the room were made as quick fixes

not clean, very outdated, bed very old and uncomfortable one thin pillow, wouldn't take a shower as it wasn't nice and about 14 inches high so couldn't get in if we wanted to, double bed pushed up against the wall, didn't pay much so got what we paid for I suppose, won't be back.

Nothing about this place would make me like it more apart from location which was fair

It was damp with mould and wallpaper hanging off walls it was cold

easy parking very quiet staff were amazing

no heating
