"Will never ever stop there and hope no one will"

Nothing first of all he gave us room one toilet broken didn't flush

Then he gave us room five and from day one it was freezing he did not put the heating on at all until I complained about it we were lying in bed and ther was sutch a clash at 2 in the morning as 2 large tiles fell off the shower wall into the show and smashed he put the heating on throughout the day on our last day I tried to get in touch with yous to get a full refund we came home on Sunday didn't stop Sunday nite the guy that was running hotel just didn't seem botherd about things disgusting place

The Owner was nice and he helped my mum with her bag up the stairs, if you want somewhere to just lay your head then its passable.

The room was clean but very run down and holes in everywhere and a damp smell in the room, the bedding looked clean but the same damp smell and the room was extremely hot with the smallest TV none of us could see what was on it, I thought it would of been better as it was meant to be a deluxe twin room

Really run down and smelly.rooms are awful broken dated furniture shower room really moldy run down don't know how they get away with it if i could of got my money back and went somewhere else I would have

The hotel is in a good location Easy to find and close to the sea front. Near to the pleasure beach. Easy access to the trams.

The room itself had multiple issues the toilet door kept falling of the hinges, wallpaper ripped in multiple places around the room and hanging off the wall. The double bed needs replacing laid in a hole/dip at one side of the bed. The roof in both bedrooms leaking with water dripping from the celing resulting in some of our belongings getting wet. The wardrobe in the kids bedroom not funtionable as the draw doors kept falling off.

The hotel was clean and well located

Could do with some hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and wallpaper coming away from walls needs some attention but other than that I was happy with the hotel
