Bed not comfortable pillows bad TV smallest I have ever soon shower tiny and such a high step to get in and out of wall paper hanging off not enough plug sockets 😞

Great location, very comfortable but tired room, that being said, it was spotlessly clean. Very pleasant staff. We slept very well.

The decor is very very dated, and the furniture needs replacing.

We didn't like anything about the hotel.

The room wasn't what was pictured on the website.the room was was dirty the beginning had stains all over the shower had thick black grime all round the bottom of it . the furniture was old and falling apart . the place was not worth anywhere near what we paid . i would not recommend this hotel to anyone .

"Ok but not great"

Good location close to South Pier, shops and Pleasure Beach. Relatively inexpensive. Quiet at night. Lots of toilet paper. Could store buggy downstairs.

Family rooms were on top floor - at least 3 flights of stairs to carry baby up. Communal lounge closed at 9pm. Rooms need a refurbishment. Bedside tables and divans knocked about. Bathroom old and outdated. Radiators barely on. Tea and milk not replaced daily.

Not alot... beds were comfy

No heating on although October... only saw one man who did not speak much very solum.... very high stairs to rooms.... mobilty scooter and pushchair were locked away in bar area could not access if needed.

Everything The smell was so bad throught hotel The bed wasnt comfy There was hair in the bed There was 2 small white towels The room was tiny There was mould Staff wasnt there in arrival and didnt answer on checkout Pictures didnt look nothing like that we experienced There was water damage in the side table Wasn't a comfortable stay atall!!!! And. Ame home with bad skin both if us

"A+++ absolutely loved it there."

We chose not to have breakfast as was on a drive ING course. The hotel was lovely . Easy to get to . very helpful and friendly.the room was lovely all clean and had coffee and tea in them . It was my first real experience of a hotel and I loved it and would definitely go back there again 😊

There was nothing I can say I dislike ed at all.
