"Misleading description"

I liked the idea of having a self contained studio unit however the description was misleading. Every other listing referred to a shared kitchen access but this one referred to kitchen facilities included in the unit

The only kitchen items provided in the room were a fridge and a microwave - not even a kettle!!! I only stayed one night before finding alternative accommodation. My request for refund fell on deaf ears despite the completely misleading description.

Everything would recommend perfect for someone who hasn't bought anything with them at all you can even wash your clothes just need to bring your food and drink

"It was ok with the necessary appliances in place to make your stay very comfortable"

Deposit system take twice the amount to book the place and take along while paying it back if at all. At time of writing- 10 days still not recieved it
