Bamville Shared House

Was unable to access wifi & found key hard to access (had to leave it under room door). Wifi seemed unavailable! Staff only contable by phone ^ could not talk because of another call !

Was clean had fridge & kitchen facillities

The host is personable and super professional.

Honestly, I was pleased.

It’s clean,comfortable and quiet

The location is a little bit far from city centre

1. The site is surrounded by stores and restaurants 2. The bedroom is equiped with microwave oven, TV and refridge 3. Quiet annd robust community 4. Close to bus 94, 95 stop, the buses are frequent

1. No instruction for using the washing machine, I had to search the user manual online and I spent half hour to figure it out. The management should also tell the tenant how to double lock the front door. 2. The toilet on the 1st floor is filled with odour, so I used the bathroom at the ground floor in most of the time, which is in much better sanitary condition

Good room, good value. Great landlord! very responsive and easy to deal with... and KIND. (and communicative) :-)

landing areas upstairs were super narrow(claustrophobic).

Those secure doors give one confidence about one's safety in a new place and of the female gender.

My television would go blank only leaving the sound of what ever were watching as if it was a radio.please check it out
