The hotel boasts a desirable location and exceptional views; however, please note that the property is not accessible by car and involves stairs. Despite this, the attentive staff ensures a convenient stay. The high ceilings in the guest rooms enhance the relaxing ambiance of the balcony and its scenic outlook.

The highlight of the property is definitely the gorgeous host Samantha. She is so lovely and helpful and made our stay excellent.

It's much better and calmer than the city centure . It's situated in the middle of green and misty hills. It's bit cold in the night , but luckily they have given us extra blankets . They got many different kind of trees around the resort . fabulous breakfast ! They served us their jackfruit and mangos.

We saw giant squirrel’s , jungle fowls , horn bills and much more birds while we relaxing, It’s good because it’s away from busy city but not far just by 1km which is 10 min walking distance, We made little Adam’s peak for the sun rice because it was just 20 min walking by the place, Breakfast is great they served fruits roti’s and some srilankan dishes as well, The spicy tea tastes good.

Very friendly staff (basically a person, Samantha), will customize your needs, so great personality and very helpful. Plenty of power outlets.

Towels were not it took 1/2 hour to be ready. No toiletries, have to request. Owner needs good training on basic hospitality.

Samantha the owner is an amazing host. The location is central to nine arch bridge (walking distance) and little adams peak.. The breakfast was delicious.. with a view of many beautiful birds and a possum plus some squirrels.

Peaceful location far enough out of town but within a short walk for restaurants etc. Lovely host, excellent breakfast, best tea ( her own delicious recipe)

The humidity and location made it feel damp (although the room was super clean) - our luggage was damp by the time we left (might be the same in all Ella residences?) No hot water in the mornings.

It’s surrounded tall trees and vibrant bushes, We feel like we are on a three house, The accommodation is cozy and well maintained, it got spacious rooms which I had on my entire trip, The balcony was great spot to relax, We had nice tea during entire stay they put their natural ingredients from their organic garden. Yummy food!

The host was so friendly and charming and the view was amazing!
