Samadhi Nature Resort

A very homely feel at this accommodation with a host who treats you like family. Samantha goes above and beyond for all her guests and can not do enough for you. The best cinnamon tea for sure, and you will never go hungry at breakfast.

It is a homestay, not a hotel. For us everything was great!

The location is great—away from the hustle and crowds, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to make guests feel welcome.

The hotel was quite basic. The shower water was either cold or lukewarm, with consistently low pressure. If you’re unlucky, as we were, and have neighbors with small children, you’ll likely hear them clearly. Breakfast was simple with small portions, though the host was attentive and often offered more. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and shower gel, as only a small soap is provided. Also, the towels were quite stiff.

The Owner greeted us like family with a fresh tea upon arrival - she made us feel very welcomed. The place has a beautiful view and we spotted so many animals like the hornbill and the giant squirrel and so many birds. The rooms are large and provide everything you need. The location is also great to see the main attractions in Ella.

Everything was fine, but please note that you have to carry your luggage a steep way/ some stairs. The facilities in our room were a bit older, but clean so it was okay for us.

Extremely active and pleasant hostess, Sumathi goes out of her way to look after her guests. The breakfast is substantial.

The approach to the hotel is on a steep incline and requires climbing some steep steps, not suitable for elder guests. The hot water didn't work well, being lukewarm at best, unsuitable for a cool climate.

Friendly owner. Good breakfast which was a mix of Sri Lankan and continental. Owner seemed to love having guests and taking care of them. Nice view from the balcony. Close to Little Adams Peak and Nine Arches Bridge.

Low water pressure in the shower and a smell og sewage in the bathroom.

A good choice for a comfortable and affordable stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly service and good amenities . The room allocated to me was with a great view with greenery mountains and a bit of city view. The breakfast was the best and it was included.

Hotel located in between sceneries. This place is perfect for who love natures. Staffs are so kind and polite. Room is very neat and clean. I feel so pleasant to stay.
