Wooden cabana Rooms are not sound proof...can hear every word upstairs people talking...wash rooms bit old

Staff were so friendly and helpful. We were very happy to have stayed here. We used their bird guide (mandatory in reserve) twice and he was an excellent naturalist. The garden setting was beautiful. Food was excellent.

The room wasn't as advertised although still decent. Although the room has a big window/door which is great, it's in front of the main walkway so whenever anyone walks past they can see in your room unless you close the curtains. Also, the walks were expensive in relation to the cost of the park ticket and the night walk was mainly through the village which I could have done myself for free. It certainly wasn't worth $30 despite the creatures that the guide points out

Tolle schöne Lage am Eingang des Parks. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch das Zimmer war nach einem Upgrade gut.

Es gab keine Möglichkeiten Kleidung aufzuhängen, da keine Haken an der Wand waren. Es gab nur Essen vom Buffet, nicht ala Card. Für den kleinen Hunger dann zu teuer.

This property is very calm and clean, and the food is also good. It is one of the nearest hotels to Sinharaja Forest, and they also provide guide services, which is very convenient.

One small drawback is the presence of outside dogs, which can be a little disturbing. Better control of this would improve the overall experience. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Especially the housekeeper did a wonderful job - always friendly even though he had lots to do. The restaurant was able to keep our big family very happy. Location right next to the park entrance is wonderful and we saw lots of birds in the hotel garden. The kids loved the pool!
