Great jungle trekking with great guide

Room not as described, no outside seating , no fridge. Buffet food was limited choice and expensive.Loud karaoke party that ended in shouting and brawling locals until early hours

Everything was good here, I enjoyed my stay. I did 2 hikes, both were amazing. Sagara - Guide was really good.

Das Ressort liegt direkt am Zugang zum Regenwald. Die gebuchte Tour war großartig. Zugang zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur über Allrad Autos , was das einchecken verzögerte aber schon abenteuerlich war, da wir abgeholt wurden. Frühstück und Essen ok.

Wasserdruck und Wärme der Dusche könnten besser sein. Dafür stylisches Badezimmer mit Felsen in der Wanne .

wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Poolblick gebucht das eines der Zimmer total mit Schimmel voll was vor allem am Kopfende des Betts und ich allergisches Asthma habe mussten wir ein upgrade auf ein teureres Zimmer nehmen . Erwartet hätte ich vom Hotel eine kostenlose alternative

Die Lage war super, direkt am Eingang und mitten in der Natur. Die Umgebung (Teich, Garten) ist schön gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Regenwaldtour war sehr gut.

Wir hatten viele tote Insekten im Bett als wir das Zimmer frisch bezogen. Mitten in der Nacht floss Wasser (es regnete nicht) aus einem Rohr aus etwa 2m Höhe direkt auf das Dach unseres Zimmers, dies war extrem laut und wir konnten nicht schlafen. Von aussen sah es aus als würde der Wassertank direkt auf unser Zimmerdach geleert werden. Das Essen war auch nicht wirklich gut, für den Preis den man bezahlte.

Ongelooflijk lieve en goede staf, zalige bedden, prachtige lokatie en heerlijk zwembad! Alles was geweldig.

What an amazing place with great service. Just few steps from rain forest.

Location was great. It was right on the forest edge. The swimming pool was beautiful and we saw so much wildlife around (birds, squirrels and monkeys). There were also puppies that lived at the property that we loved spending time with. Our server in the restaurant there was such a lovely man. He waited just by our table every time we took a sip of a new drink or started eating our food to make sure we were happy. Our tour guide, Sagara, was also excellent and so smiley! We picked the adventure tour and Sagara was very knowledgeable about the jungle and clearly loved his job. My boyfriend was feeling unwell at the time and he was very kind and understanding during our tour and helped us get rid of the leeches!

We went with the two bed suite because it was so reasonably priced and we thought we’d treat ourselves as it’s Christmas, but I think the smaller rooms with the patio doors facing the lakes are the more scenic rooms to pick.
