The location and friendly staff! The hotel is just right above the station! Although it’s close to railway , it’s not too noisy and your sleep won’t be disturbed. Staff are very nice and able to communicate in English.

At the station , so central location and good start for Shimanami Kaido…clean

No tea in the room, extra cost Onsen, vegetarian again foreign word (pork and chicken in Salad is not veggie) … overpriced… because they can , at the station, noise of trains in the night/ early morning

Loved the high ceilings in the room. Strong shower. Clean room and nice design, and thoughtful touches like bedroom slippers, many charging sockets. Breakfast was also enjoyable and well presented. Location superb being right by train station - great that windows well insulated so minimal train noise experienced.

The Nespresso machine water container appeared to have a leak as we noticed water on the table subsequently. Having English news channels on tv would be a bonus.

Room was spacious, very clean, beautiful bathroom and excellent location. Had the dinner and breakfast option--both exceeded expectations Perfect for what we wanted!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the room and having a washing-dryer was very handy. Best part was the private onsen - it was a great experience!
