- proximity to the train station - dystopian feel of the place - washing machine and dryer in one

- the room is really cramped that there’s almost or no room for your luggage - hard to communicate in English with the staff - not affiliated with the Shimanami Kaido same day delivery service

Incredibly convenient in a wonderful town. Although it is above the station it is so quiet.

This hotel is very stylish, and the staff were all very welcoming. Breakfast was good, although not a buffet. Location was fantastic, really near to the port and the starting point for the Shimanami Kaido.

The room was an odd shape meaning there was little room between the bed and the wall. Perhaps that couldn't be helped, but the positioning of the only mirror in the room (in the bathroom) at navel height, was quite weird.

Super comfortable room with everything we needed. The staff were lovely and super helpful. Great location

The location was super, the room was great and we felt fast at home. The private bath was also super nice!

The room was very small We did hear train traffic from room 208.

You can't beat this place on location full stop. You tap your IC card at the station and the stairs/elevator are right there to the hotel on the floor above. Don't worry about noise we could see down the station platform from our room and never heard a train. Once you do leave the hotel there are food, bike hire and ferry within a few 100m of the hotel. Sad we only had the one night. Staff were amazing. Private onsen/hot bath was great.
