Very communicative, helpful, kind host, ready to sort out any problems, quiet area, well-equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee in stock, an iron, washing machine, hair dryer, good public transport connection to the city centre.

The owner's standards of cleanliness are probably a bit different than mine 😉 - I would give the bathoom and kitchen (e.g. the sink and the plastic rack) a better clean. Also, something that the host DOES NOT have an influence on: the flat is on the fifth floor and the lift doesn't work in the evenings - essential if one has some mobility issues (well, luckily we don't)
