la casina accogliente

Ho trascorso una sola notte in questa casina accogliente, ma mi è bastata per apprezzarla davvero tanto! Era tutto perfettamente organizzato: pulita, ben curata e con ogni comfort. C’era il caffè, il ghiaccio pronto nel freezer, una TV enorme per rilassarsi… insomma, tutto quello che serve per sentirsi subito a casa. Un posto dove tornerei volentieri. Grazie!

Pomylone klucze w skrytkach, kiedy syn zjeżdżał szukać utknął w windzie. Podróżowaliśmy z nastolatkiem na wózku inwalidzkim. Zaliczyliśmy 5 pięter po schodach. Piecyk gazowy wyłączony, instrukcję obsługi właścicielka przysłała nam o 1.30 w nocy- nie znaleźliśmy wcześniej takiej w internecie więc dobrze się stało że sporo czasu spędziliśmy na plaży.

The flat was comfortable and clean. With all the amenities we need for holidays. Very close to a bus stop to pizza and very close to Pizza. Some shops and supermarket nearby. I loved it ❤️

Cool apartments with amazing view, was fine to wake up and watch this, everything is cool, chill owner.

Well located apartement near to restaurant , 8 minutes away from Pisa free parking area Pietrsantina, well furnished , Host Luca is very friendly and easy to comnunicate , our family have good stay , and surely will back and recommend to our friends.

Positive reviews, great contact with the host, and that's about it. I don't understand where all these good reviews are coming from, although there are also some that mention the place being dirty. The apartment is very dirty, not cleaned for a long time, the floor hasn't been washed, and there are lots of hairs on the floor. In places like this, it should be spotless, period. The owner claims he is still learning how to clean and that, of course, not every dirty corner is visible. I don't even mind that everything is old and worn out, but the duvets and pillows should be new (they are yellow and disgusting). The towels are old and mismatched. The bathroom is a complete disaster; the shower is small and hideous, with a filthy curtain. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom is flooded. I hope we didn't catch anything. There are cockroaches in the apartment, and they certainly didn't just come to the 5th floor through the door, as the owner claims. The owner insists he didn't know about them. As compensation, the host gave us €22 for the tourist tax. It's a pity no one warned me about the situation, but I hope we can prevent someone else from experiencing this place. My seven-year-old child keeps talking about the cockroaches, as he had never seen them before. Trauma is the best word to summarize this trip.
