We stayed here for one night. The house was just as shown in the pictures, very nice and comfortable. Our host was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and vessels, which was very convenient. We also appreciated that the self-check-in details were shared by the host on the day of booking, making the process smooth and easy.

The bath area was very small and lacked a hand shower, which made it quite inconvenient. The TV was not a smart TV, and even the installed YouTube app was very slow to play videos. Additionally, the apartment was quite silent and we didn't see many people around, giving it a rather lonely feeling. It's also a bit away from the city centre, which was not very convenient for us.

Super contact with the owner ( which is kind and helpful). The flat is located in quiet neighbourhood with great connection to the center of Pisa. Rooms where clean and well equipment. Cant wait to comeback here. I recommend it to everyone ! :)

The communication with owner was perfect, all instructions sent in advance. Can only recommend.

The bed sheet for extra bed (sofa in the kitchen) was used, could smell some other person who stayed probably before us. No air condition in the appartment which I did not notice while booking. In summer hot weather is was really difficult w/o air condition.
