"unprofessional hospitality"

The place is centrally located and it has a nice restaurant inbitithina premises

The staff are not computer savy and very traditional way of operation. First day I was offered a single cramped up room with no mirror and no dustbins. Second day they changed to double room but were insisting I pay normal billing rates inspite of the inconvenience I occured.
