My request for late check in not considered. However after reaching Bangalore at 1am due to late train running, i called up the staff present, and booked a taxi, after reaching again tried calling but nobody answered, shear waste of time and inconvenience faced. A nd again with another taxi I reached another hotel. Such rude and irresponsible staff and poor management who do not bother about their guests even after intimation about late check in.
