I recently had an extremely frustrating experience during my stay at this property, which was booked through Booking.com. The problems stemmed from misleading policies, poor communication, and unethical staff behaviour, ruining our trip. The first major issue was the check-in and check-out policy. Booking.com stated a 24-hour check-in, and we arrived at 7:00 AM. The staff agreed to an early check-in, informing us our check-out time would be 11:00 AM the following day. However, when we checked out at 9:00 AM, we were wrongly told that we had exceeded the 24-hour duration. The staff insisted on payment for an additional day, which was both untrue and frustrating, as we were not informed of this condition beforehand. To make matters worse, the checkout process was chaotic. The evening cashier unethically demanded that we transfer the remaining payment to his personal account. This behaviour raised serious concerns about the staff's integrity. We refused to comply and waited for another representative to intervene, which eventually resolved the issue. However, the delay caused by this incident disrupted our schedule and left us dissatisfied. The time wasted arguing at checkout meant we missed planned sightseeing activities, one of the primary purposes of our trip. This unnecessary delay was entirely avoidable had the staff been clear and professional from the beginning. Additionally, the condition of the 4-bed room was unacceptable and completely unsuitable for a group of 4 or more. The facilities were poorly maintained, far below acceptable standards. By comparison, the rooms in the main building, accommodating 2 people, were newer, cleaner, and much better maintained. The stark difference in quality was not communicated during the booking process. Had we known, we would have chosen rooms in the main building rather than enduring the subpar 4-bed accommodation.

Location is good.Restaurent in the same compound. Veg food very good. Bus stand,Railway station nearby.

Overall good

Location, its in center of the city so that my travel was easy to start & return. And the Restaurant beside the lodge is serving delicious breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
