"Really not happy with the whole process had to relocate and nearly didn’t even get a room to stay in"

Didn’t even want to get any videos or photos because of how bad it was thinking back I should have though for evidence.I had to walk around for 2 hours not knowing where the actual location was because it was relocated and I had to stay in a room somebody only just left that was not cleaned yet and was just not up to standard the bed only had one pillow and me and my partner like our comfort ability so it was not nice especially when I was celebrating my birthday absolutely unacceptable.

"Booked another night & it was the last."

I liked the property however the false advertisement is sickening. They will show a different place on bkn.cm then they will give you a new place to go to. (Booking Ubers to the addy and still having to walk) extra costs but they don’t care

The staff will walk in on you nkd… they will continue to hassle you when you tell them in plain English that you have paid … they require a £100 deposit and can’t even provide a clean environment… they will allow their workers to walk in when you’re nkd violating your rights ofc it’s okay as long as they have their money. The cutlery missing but it’s okay I ate with my hands. CLEAN THE BATHROOM SINCE U TAKE A DEPOSIT u pay the cleaners ? And they don’t clean i am convinced this place is 20/100 or is it the workers here not sure. But I won’t come back because my money can be on better.

"Absolutely diabolical liberty"

They couldn’t facilitate me and only let me know at the last minute when I tried to check in. They left me stranded and in distress. And caused friction on my 18 yr relationship. I’d not advise anybody to book this place.
