It was beautifully clean, the staff were fantastic and had a great sense of humour, and it was a very welcoming hotel.

"Boat house"

The receptionist was kind and helpful and the size of the room was lovely

There was dirt on the walls cigarette burns in the carpet rubbish around and hardly anything to cook food misdirection for where to stay

Nothing, absolute waste of money and time.

Moved my booking to a different hotel but didn't tell the new hotel. Takes weeks to respond to a message and doesn't clarify anything.
