Location Receptionist

No coffee. No tea. No tea towel. No chopping board. 1 towel for two people. Broken shower guard. Thus, wet floor and no bath mat. Dangerous. Mouldy grouting throughout. Broken fixtures. Stained carpets. Broken blinds. Two thin pillows, as flat as pancakes. Woke with a sore neck. Cheap thin duvet, very cold at night. No bed throw. Loud neighbours. Footsteps and door banging. They currently are holding £100 of my money for 7 days as a "damage deposit," which is, at the same time, ironic and very inconvenient for me.

Fantastic location. It’s was clean warm. The bed was very comfortable.

They overbooked and cancelled my booking 2 hours before the checkin time and requested me to find an alternative accommodation. Aboslutely unreliable. The property blamed booking,com while booking.com blamed the property for overbooking, ether ways none of them were helpful.

Nothing, there was no one at the property, no key , trued calling and messaging the host, and no one responded.

It was a scam

Spacious apartment in a great location. Basic, but perfectly adequate for a 1 night city visit. Clean throughout but wear & tear evident.

The unexpected change to a different building, with £100 deposit on arrival, was unsettling. I felt obliged to gather photographic evidence of all the preexisting flaws and stains I could find as my trust was severely rattled.

Lost my booking that I had made 3 months prior to arriving. Took a £100 deposit and I have been fighting to have this returned ever since. Don’t stay here unless you like paying over the odds for a mediocre room.
