"Brilliant value for money and good facilities close to the center defo stay again."

Good location spacious and clean rooms great facilities in the room.

There is no free parking as stated on the booking and when we got there was £100 deposits required on booking in which was also not stated on the booking. There was some bits of mould and the pillows seemed stained however it was good value for money and we would return.

We booked Alexandra house flat on booking.com. they confirmed booking and when we reached at alexandra house, the staff of Alexandra house informed us that there is no booking. Later they told us that we booked for you at the boat house. We are new in this city we walk in whole city center but we didn't fine boat house after 2 hour we reached at location , when we try to contact the number was switched off . There was family with me my child was crying . We had very bad experience.
