City Center Leicester

Excellent staff. Very friendly. I got a suite when I was expecting just a room. Great location in Leicester city centre. I would stay there again.

Location is ideal for the city center. The apartment was comfortable. Freshly painted. The beds were comfortable Showers were nice

The bed linen was not very clean. No pots and pans to cook our breakfast Fridge didn't work Sofa was broken Information was not very clear on what was available and what wasn't. Not informed of £100 deposit untill already booked

Nothing, Firstly i was relocated and then when I arrived they kindly advised that I didnt have anywhere to stay as it had been double booked.

The whole experience. Totaly unprofessional. The entrance to first (pre-relocation) property was very dark and intimidating.

Not being forewarned of several closed roads so difficult to find No one answering the phone when trying to get directions Not getting the £100 deposit back before we left as can only pay cash out after 3pm when checkout was 11am Our corridor stank of cigarette smoke as did the apartment

my choice was changed to different location .even though city center was still advertising rooms. After 3pm we went to new location the baot house lee circle.we was greater by a man who said we needed to pay a deposit of £100 pounds.

being bit by what ever was .fleas bed bugs. the state of the room was disgusting . floors not clean with the last people's rubbish still on the floors in all the rooms.there was no towels and when I rang reception I got the ee answer machine. the noise in the place was a joke I never got any sleep .no toilet roll and the blinds were broke so they did not shut properly

I liked how clean it was didn’t have any problems
