Urmmm the fridge was clean 🙂

The code they sent over to the front door was wrong and the gentleman behind the desk was less than impressed that we could not get in, infact I would say he got a bit angry whilst he sat behind the desk trying to mimic what numbers to press. He could have opened the door for us as we struggled for 5-10 minutes but he didn’t. The room was dirty, there were bogies on the wall in the living room. Cooker was cracked and so was the bath panel. There was a long black hair in the bed. No extra sheets or duvet or pillows for the kids so they were freezing during the night on the sofa. The leather sofa cushions were peeling so they could not be used. Cutlery and plates and cups were dirty from previous users. The lift was dirty and I don’t think it has ever seen any disinfectant.

It was a scam, we didn’t get access to the building or the address sent to us was wrong. We had to book something else for the family.

Easy check in process , tidy room great for a short stay if in need

The balcony door of our room didn't lock but we were on a higher floor. Well used facilties etc

It was, filthy and had a constant smell of weed.
