Travelled 3 hours to location to be emailed at 1730 to be told they no longer have space for me and couldn't accommodate my stay

I had to pay £100 deposit and I'm still waiting for my deposit hto be given back, I've tried contacting them but they are not replying to me, I booked it through booking . Com aswel so I will not be recommending you or the hotel to anybody

Great location for what we needed

The bathroom floor wasn’t great, lots of stains on the carpet and the sofa bed bedding was dirty.

Absolutely shocking, got moved to a different property. Cannot get in touch through phone or the app would this property.

Went to the new property that they moved us too which was a 15 minute walk, there was no receptionist, tried looking for phone number, ringing the ring doorbell no one came. A man then came being very passive aggressive to myself and my friend who was trying to find a number. We left in the end as they couldn’t even find our details to stay at the hotel and didn’t feel safe enough with the attitude that the man gave us. Tried ringing the hotel and messaging them through booking.com no answer still to this day. Went through customer services who also couldn’t get hold of them for days! Still had no refund when asking numerous times. Absolutely disgusting
