Great location. Budget hotel so nothing fancy but was clean, great shower, free parking, good location.

Very close proximity to the promenade and trams for going to activities. Free parking although it’s very cramped on high kerbs. Staff all seemed friendly enough

Extremely small and cramped halls. Walls, paper thin. Could hear others out and about in the halls and creaky floorboards. Loud banging when shutting doors and could hear people in their own rooms. Mattresses extremely uncomfortable. No ventilation in my room apart from one small window and no ventilation in bathroom and extractor fan not working.

Well situated for the pleasure beach, we got to watch the roller coaster from our room, greated by polite and professional staff Clean room, good facilities

A little on the noisy side from other guests

Staff were very accommodating and helpful, hotel was clean and perfectly situated.

Location was great for train service. Tea and coffee making facilities in room!

Cleanliness was questionable!

Ideal location for the Pleasure Beach and Free Parking.

The lack of Staff Training when the Fire Alarm went off at 2am in the early hours of Saturday Morning 26/7/25,there was no communication with any customer other than a pathetic Generic Message later the next day through Booking.com.No Manager chapping Customers Doors to see if their customers were OK. As can be clearly seen I was unable to use the allocated Fire Exit due to a Car blocking it,had this been a real Fire I would not be writing this......(when I expressed my concerns to the Assistant Manager her response was "our CCTV isn't working",so technically your car is never safe either....the picture of the Car blocking the Door is the same car in the night in question, this picture was taken this morning before I left so evidently nothing has been done to rectify said issue. No Head count when we did eventually get outside a nd at no point were we instructed it was safe to re enter the premises,we just assumed we could!!! Please do not use this Hotel if you value your Families well fair £142 to be treated no better than Cattle......

Friendly staff room clean could of done with somewhere to hang your clothes, great value for money

No WiFi in rooms disappointing shower almost flooded due to the water being blocked
