Burlington West hotel

Location is good. Free parking. And it was a cheap booking. Staff were friendly

Bed was uncomfortable and shower didn't drain well

The location was perfect for the Pleasure Beach and having parking right outside was great. The lady doing breakfast was really lovely and helpful. The sheets were nice and clean. The towels were clean. The biscoff biscuits were a nice touch.

It smelt strongly of marijuana around the entrance and in some parts of the hotel. There was masking tape on the walls where it had been painted. The sealant in the bathroom was done really badly with black sealant so it was really obvious. The surfaces of the bedside table and chest of drawers were dirty, with coffee rings etc. There were dubious stains on the walls of the room and bathroom. The headboard of the double bed was only staying on because it was leaning against the wall. One of the slats on the blinds was broken. The walls in the corridor on the second Floor had been badly painted, you could see the blue behind the radiator really clearly. The ceiling of our room appeared to have been papered and it looked to be peeling off.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was good value for money, and friendly staff. I stayed for one night only. I will book this hotel when i come to Blackpool for a vacation.

It is exactly what you pay for and to have parking included is a big bonus

The mattresses are very thin but for only £51 including parking it is value for money so there is no complain from me

Comfortable bed Lovely views Amazing staff (especially Wendy) Couldn't be more welcoming or accommodating

Room felt a little unfinished but had everything you needed

Ideal location if your going pleasure beach every where was clean staff very friendly they was decorating at time of stay breakfast lady was lovely couldn't of helped any more
