Everything to smallest detail. Loved the staff members gave me toast and free breakfast on the weekend even fixed headboard of the bed for us. Hotel corridor was spacious more then enough room for a pram.

Loved absolutely, everything.I just think the rooms were shown a lot bigger on the website than they were in person. But still very happy with my visit and will be booking again :)

Staff happy to help, rooms clean, pleasant stay.

The mattress wasn't that good, springs digging into my hips and lower back, we both had bad backache from the mattress through out our stay.

The locality for what we wanted and parking

My partner found the bed to hard and pillows really flat so had to buy some from supermarket

Close to attractions

My child(2years old) got food poisoning n threw up threw the night they then tried kicking us out saying the room smelt like drug n was refusing to the bedding out unless a £50 fee was paid the other option was to go we both ended up with bite we managed to sort the fee out to £35 we only stayed because we had booked it for 2nights and hadn’t budgeted for this so anther hotel wasn’t a option plus there was plugs on the skating board (easy access for the child) dirty mattress and mattress protector and the tv didn’t work
