Perfect location for the pleasure beach, only a 5 minute walk and 5 minutes to the nearest tram stop, I was lucky enough to get free parking onsite as it’s on first come first serve basis as parking very expensive outside hotel. Liked that there was a bar with pool table and some games for the kids to play. We paid an extra £20 to get a later check out at 12 noon as check out is at 10am. The staff were all friendly would definitely recommend if staying a couple of nights, it’s one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in Blackpool. The price was great value for 2 nights.

Would have liked a mini fridge in the rooms for keeping our drinks cold. When checking out we spoke to the manager and said would be good if there was a small fridge and she said we could have asked and she would have got us one as some of the rooms have them, will deffo know for next time.

Rooms were dirty Paint and wallpaper really bad,hanging off walls Mattress dirty and uncomfortable Shower not clean Rooms were not fit for anyone to sleep in . If I had money would not have stayed there. I would have gone somewhere else.This hotel should not be on booking.com as the standard was appalling . I thought there would be some standard of cleanliness , decorating etc. would definitely not recommend to anyone

Great rooms, nice and clean with an ensuite. There is a reasonably priced bar with pool table and games machines.

Lovely little place, great location, great value for money. Clean. Tidy and comfy beds.
