Burlington West hotel

Clean hotel, friendly atmosphere and staff for my 2 night stay. Comfortable sleep all the important things catered for.

The location and the way the tv was hung like it was ready to drop of the wall also lack of working remote

Love it at the Burrington west staff are always helpful and friendly really good atmosphere will definitely go back. There is also a lift which is very good

There was a staying customer that caused the fire alarm to go off but it was delt with quickly and we was all back in are beds within 45mins but this can happen in any hotel so it will not stop me from returning

Some staff were friendly some wasn't so. Wasn't the cleanest of places Shower door was broken when we arried went down straight away to tell them and they said it would get sorted but didn't so we didn't shower in the two days we was there managed to give the kids a wipe down but should of been sorted straight away. A resident that lived there nearly burned the hotel down at 2am by making pop corn in the staff restaurant while drunk out of her mind when the restaurant shouldn't of been accessible at all at 2am The manager tried to sort the situation but was clearly out of his comfort zone and was alseep at the time in his room there was no headcount to see if everyone was safe and out of there room once everyone was outside and 3 fire engines came we went back in at 3am but my children was so scared to go sleep incase something happened, my 6 year old even ask can we go stay elsewhere but I simply couldn't afford to do that after paying £250 for two nights prices due to the air show and there no where eles to stay. We were give one drink each as a apology On the second night we were kept up by some people who were staying there and we're at the bar plus outside until gone 1am shouting and being really loud but again there was one member of staff on all night running the bar plus everything eles in the hotel. I don't blame the night time manager at all I just think he needed more help and shouldn't of been sleeping during the night if he was the night time management. My bags was also gone though and tipped onto my bed after a long day out with the children and when I told reception they just said no one eles has got a key. I have really bad anxiety and don't like arguing or talking so just accepted it at the time but now looking back on the stay I realise there was a few things not too good

The staff was so helpful! The lady ( blond hair) who served our breakfast was absolutely amazing! She had a good sense of humour which we love. What a great start of the day. Group of 6 ( 2 boys) and a baby wishing her all the best! Thank you for treating us " normal"

A little bit more cleaning would be great. A hot breakfast would make an impact for this hotel.
