Dirty. Noisy. No hot water n wash basin at night. Paint peeling. Really needs some money spent on it to make it acceptable

It was close to the trams parking available staff where so lovely bed was comfortable but needs bigger bedding

The hot water didn’t come out right there bathroom was in massive repairs and finishing touches paint splats on floor wardrobe was rickety the fridge stinks wall of plugs was very damp

The property is literally a stones throw away from Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the Sandcastle Water Park. It is also 2 Minutes away from the Blackpool Pleasure Beach train station. A quick and convenient continental breakfast was on offer and perfect to grab and go. The staff were great and friendly. There is also a lift in the property ideal when you have a lot of luggage. The property was clean. There are a few board games and arcade machines in the bar to keep the kids entertained but no other entertainment.

The property is outdated and needs a refurb throughout. The room we stayed in had a good few blinds missing from the windows in the bedroom and bathroom. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the bathroom was small and cramped. Soft drinks in the bar aren’t cheap £2.00 for a can of coke and the pool table states £2 per game but we paid £4 to release all the balls.
